Impression of being outside in the neighborhood I grew up in and seeing some guys remove a whole herd of cats, from babies to adults. I took them and was trying to take them to a safe place, but I may have beem trying to take care of them myself for the moment.

In an interior with some other people hanging about. Ended up talking to several ladies, one of whom felt 'Mom'-ish about librarianship. Near the end, not that a library needs to become aware of the needs of its constituency, and then see if it can fulfill any. A pretty basic, general understanding, but at least I had it. I decided then to 'make my bed', i.e., grab a few items on a bed-like area in order to make it neater.
