Dreams 01.27.15
Seemed to be with my dad and mom (never noting the incongruity of her presence), visiting a couple of libraries (or possibly museums?). However, I suddenly realized we'd shifted from one library to a completely different one, and proceeded to pull a wobbly fit, anxiously demanding how/why I hadn't noticed us moving from one to another. This seemed to annoy my dad; he responded with peevish, irritable anger to my outburst. I eventually calmed down, after asking if the reason we'd arrived in a different library was because there were 'underground tunnels' running beneath, connecting the two, to which they replied in the affirmative.
Been a couple of these little 'panic/anxiety fits' lately in the dreamscape, requiring reassurances and calming by dream companions. Hmmm.
No EE meditation
No biphasic sleep, though a 3 am wakening for a pit stop. Was outright hungry. But didn't eat anything before going back to bed.
