Looking over the notes and handouts from that 1997 summer writing class I took at Harvard Extension School...
Actually had a fanfic critiqued (reasonably favorably, considering none of my classmates were Whovians - or actually, it was better they weren't - story was critiqued on its own merits). I was prone to adverb over-use though, it was pointed out. ^.^
